Filipino Employees, The Happiest Employees in the Southeast Asia?

Despite of the obstacles including the slow headway of traffic, pollution and greedy jeepney drivers Filipino employees encounter before heading to work, how come they still manage to maintain that light aura?
According to the Happiness Survey conducted by the recruitment website, “Job Street”, it clearly shows the results that Filipino employees are the happiest employees in Southeast Asia followed by Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia on the least.
It shows that the effects of having a smooth day in work are, the relationship with the boss and colleagues, the location of home to work, and the reputation of the Company. These must be maintained in order to have the necessary comfort needed by the employees.
Aside from the good relationship in the work, it shows that the increase of pay and promotion are the leading cause of happy employees.
On the record of Job Street, base on the 12,800 respondents in the Philippines, top 3 of the happiest workers are the government workers, education workers and oil industry workers.
