Layer your way in the sweater season!
In a tropical country as ours where heat and humidity should be considered before putting together a stylish outfit, getting tired of wearing the same pieces over and over again is inevitable. Lightweight shirts, sleeveless tops, leggings, shorts, skirts, anything that's breezy at that. So when the temperature drops a few degrees down, we take full advantage of this so-called "sweater weather" and layer the hell like there's no tomorrow.
But it's not only sweaters we're obliged to wear in this weather. Bomber jackets, trench coats and cardigans are there to bail you out from the cold. If you're not the type of person who likes to layer, turtle necks or anything that has long sleeves will save the day. For footwear, let those boots and knee-high socks you've been stocking up from clearance sales warm you up. To accessorize, you can never go wrong with a sporty hat as it also wards your head from some rain dropping. Believe it or not, a nice umbrella can also make you look stylish. Opt for the black or clear ones and voila! You're a movie star straight outta the screen.
